This small-lot coffee blends two standout varietals, Geisha and Pink Bourbon. Each is treated with meticulous care, from hand-sorting the ripest cherries to thoughtfully timed fermentations and slow drying on raised beds.
Behind the cup are two farms and two distinct voices. Juan David Chinchilla, a third-generation producer, brings an experimental touch marked by bright florals and layered sweetness. Rogelio Diaz of Los Guayabos adds depth and clarity through his high-altitude, semiwashed process.
The result is a beautifully structured coffee with elegant fruit, delicate florals, and a lingering finish that invites another sip.
The floral and juicy notes of Colombia, Juan and Rogelio, will be shining in your next pour over!
