Start with Essential Baking Company's pre-made organic pizza dough. They've saved the best part for you - rolling it out! Don't worry about making your pie a perfect circle. Sometimes we think it looks extra fancy when we elongate the shape, truth be told. Buy an extra, or cut it in half so each person in the household can create their own pie!
There aren't too many hard and fast rules on pizza night, but we recommend you do try to make the dough as evenly rolled out as possible for a nice consistent crunch (or chewiness if that is your preference).
Next, top it with sauce (we like L.E. Roselli's Pizza Sauce, locally made in Medford, NJ, or Cucina Antica Tomato Basil) and fresh mozzarella.
